  REFUND POLICY
  All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received 10 working days prior to a program date will receive a refund less a $45 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 10 but 5 or more working days before a program date will receive a letter of credit less a $45 processing fee.
  Program credit may be used for future programs.
  No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 5 working days before a program.
  In the event that Center for Victory cancels a program, refunds will be made in full.
